If you needed, we can send your sample to a 3rd party to test and get the matched certificates. We go above and beyond when it comes to testing and safety.

The typical custom plush project takes 3 to 4 months to complete. But we can offer 7-10 days for sample time and 15-20 days for production. Standard sea shipping is about 25-30 days.
Also, we can accommodate rush orders as quickly as 20-30 days for all processes production. To achieve this, we will need you to approve the prototype via email photos only. We will also need to air freight your plush items as opposed to sea freight.
